If you find a bug, you report it for the benefit of Valve and the community. Don't expect even a thank you let alone a monetary reward. Chances are this 'bug' you've found is either already known or nothing too important.

If this 'bug' can make u gain 'financial advantages' from the system=yes,steam will probably reward u something if u report it to them
But if this kind of 'bug' already viral on internet(youtube,etc,etc)like the steam guard bug a couple years back=they will simply fix it


But if this 'bug' just a useless bug(the image bug back in 2017,etc,etc),they wont even care
