Adding Non-Steam, Non-Installed games to Steam library?

Hello everybody!

I know that you can add installed non-steam games to your library, but can you add somehow non-installed, non-steam games from other platforms? I would love to see all my games from all the platforms (Origins,Uplay, Epic etc) in one place. If it's not possible with steam, is there any good program for that?

If you want a combined library of all your games that shows uninstalled titles i recommend looking into GOG Galaxy 2.0.
That is a multi client that can combine the libraries from multiple other services like Steam, Origin, GOG, Uplay, EPIC and so on, into one mega library.
You can see all your uninstalled games in it and install/start them.

You still need to have Steam/Origin/Uplay and so on installed somewhere for it to work, but you can do everything with GoG Galaxy 2.0.
