Nicknames are assigned via basicaly an xml tag similar to how you tag games with various custom things. But steam doesn't archive a history fo those tags. You can only view what nicknames a user has right now, not any historical tag assignments
They only store what you have currently. They don't have a historical list of what you want. Its not like how steam stores the last 10 names a user has changed their profile name to. the tags you apply are saved to teh cloud, but the history of that isn't saved. The only way steam could retreive that is to basically do a historical cloud restore of that specific part of the xml data in steam cloud. which steam isnt probaby going to bother to recover
So I'm asking if there's a list anywhere or anyway to view all the users you have a current nickname assigned to. It would still be assigned, but no way to actually find them without a link to the profile itself.
