Best Multiplayer/Co-op games to meet people?

So like a lot of other people around the world right now I'm very isolated at the moment from the outside world and I thought this would be a good time to ask: what are some of the best games to meet potential Steam friends on?

Some criteria I would consider helpful in this regard would be 1. friendly communities and 2. high use of voice chat.

VR Chat is a really big one for obvious reasons lol

but Rec Room is also another good one! its similar to VR Chat.

Destiny 2 fr. Game doesnt even have matchmaking for its funnest modes (raid, trials, etc) so u have to search players online first (which is really easy, and can result in friendship).
