Download stops for long periods

Hi
Yesterday i noticed that while downloading a game it took an unusual amount of time. When starting a download it will start out at around 10mbps and just go down from there untill it doesnt download at all and hen briefly downloads for a couple of seconds here and there. Any of you familiar with this problem?

I'm having the same issue and I don't know how to resolve this.

Did you problem come out of nowhere as well? I have never experienced an issue similar to this.

I asume that this is somehow a fault on Steams end and not on ours, but would like to make sure ofcourse.

Same issue, my download speed goes to 0 and I can't do anything, I tried reseting the Download cache, but It didn't work for me ....

I tried many different things as well, anywhere from clearing the dl cache to downloading steam.

I've also been having the same issue. As per the suggestion above, I went to Task manager>Services>Show all services, but Couldn't find anything called DiagTrack. Am I missing something or could my problem be caused by another source?
