installing microsoft directx for windows (step 1 of 1) cs go

good this and what happens to me start cs go, I appear wants to "allow steam client service aga changes in your pc" (I give yes and it does not matter) then I get a window that says "installing microsoft directx for windows ( step 1 of 1) "and after a second the window disappears and cs go starts to run, I think it will open but it does not open and all the above is repeated every time I start cs go (I have microsoft directX 12 updated in win 10)
