Unable to Return More Than One Steam Controller
I purchased two steam controllers recently and would like to return them both. They both appear in my recent purchases, and I was able to request a refund on the first one. I received the email with the shipping label. All is good there. The issues arise when I try to request a refund on the second controller. The "support" system keeps showing that I've already submitted a refund request for the controller (no matter which recently purchased controller item I choose) and won't allow me to submit a second refund request for my second controller.

If it's possible to return/ship them both together, that would be ideal, but I can't even see an option to return the second one separately. Does anyone have experience returning two controllers that could offer any guidance?

Contact support and ask exactly how you should go about returning both of them.

How exactly do I go about doing that? I can only find support through the guided system, which doesn't answer my question. Is there an email or form I can submit my support request to? Or a phone number to call?

Thank you very much, that was the path I needed to take. After searching through what I felt were all the relevant options for steam hardware, as well as searching online and finding threads saying there was no way to submit a 'custom' support ticket, I was about to give up.
