best space combat games ??

Hello Guys ,

If any of you remember the cartoon series ( Thunder Jet ) i am looking for a space game like this

Something closer to Total war games but in space .. where you have a fleet and a badass

spaceship and conquer others

Any recommends ?

I have this game in my library but never played it !!

I feel it is silly game .. but after your recommendation i might watch some videos about it

I mean, most good arcade style rts are old sadly, doesn't mean they're bad though.
After EA murdered CnC and starcraft did starcraft developers and publishers became convinced we wouldn't buy rts games.
That said if you can handle Paradox I suggest Stellaris.

If you equate age with quality, then you are missing out on a lot. Especially if the damn game is in your library already. I mean talk about low hanging fruit.

I did check it , but it was like crusader kings .. strategy with no actual battles .
