Call of Duty WW2 CPU does not meet minimum specification
Well, after having looked through various forums both here and on other sites, I have come to the conclusion that nothing has really helped me fix the problem I have.

General info (tell me if more is needed as I'm in no way an expert when it comes to this kind of troubleshooting beyond Google - which has of yet yielded no solution):

Windows 10 home x64
Intel Core I7-9700KF <4.9GHz 8-core CPU
DDR4-3000 Corsair 16GB Vengeance XMP RAM
ASUS Geforce RTX 2060S 8GB Dual EVO

What I've tried so far:
Restarting the computer
Verifying the files via Steam properties
Turning my anti-virus along with some other programs on/off
Running it with task mananger open
Running it with Geforce Experience open
Running it via the desktop icon as well as via steam and Geforce Experience
Checking for driver, graphic card and monitor updates (all up to date)

It comes up with either of two errors:
1) the most common:
"Your CPU does not meet the minimum specification for running Call of Duty WWII"
or
2) the one I got the first two times I tried starting the game:
Error during initialization: configre.csv: EXE_ERR_COULDNT_CONFIGURE 0 GHz 16305 MB. GPU = "NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2060 SUPER (0x10de, 0x1f06, 0x870b1043, 0xa1, 1f5f00000); Microsfot Basic Render Driver (0x1414, 0x8c, 0, 0, 0)" Config Table=0

If I disregard the "your CPU does not meet the blablabla" and start the game, it starts up and I get into the menu almost instantly - but even though I've verified for myself that I meet the system requirements, I just want to make sure nothing will happen over time if I ignore the aforementioned warning - just as a noobish precaution :)
Any help is greatly appreciated as I feel enclined to ask for my money back if I can't play the game with a gaming PC that entered the market almost 2 years after the game's release - and is only 4 days old.

Best regards - Patrick

Clearly, the game did not have data on your cpu and gpu upon release which is causing the issue.
If it runs fine at what should be max settings, you should be fine ignoring the message.

Well that would of course explain the CPU warning :) Tried playing the first mission through - no lag, no crashes or nothing of the sort; everything ran smooth :)

Thanks!

Check to make sure your graphics driver is installed. Your 2060s should not be using the default Microsoft driver over the nVidia driver.

Just did; the latest update was installed on the 6th of January this year :)

Very likely, yes.

I had 2 versions of Galactic Civilizations 2, the Endless Universe one (disc based) and the Ultimate edition (digital version key I got when I registered Endless Universe on the Stardock website). The Endless Universe version would give me a "Your GPU does not meet the minimum requirements" message that would occur twice before booting the game and simply working without issues.
