Any racing games with free roam on steam?

Not gta ofc, but something like forza, dirt doesn't have it neither does grid, just looking for one to use my steering wheel

I only own games on Steam, except for Forza Horizon 4. Sadly, for serious open world racing games, FH4 is the only one.
Searched for another one on steam for long before getting it... didn’t find.
The crew sucks. Physics are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. And Bornout is pretty old.
