Fullscreen Video Issue
Okay, when I open a game store page and play the videos, they play fine...no buffer, no lag...nothing.

As soon as I go Fullscreen, it is on a constant buffer, plays for 5 seconds, then constant buffer, plays another 5 seconds ect ect.

When I close the window to mini player view, my video is still on a constant buffer and now where it played flawlessly before in the mini player, all a sudden it is not playing anymore because it is constantly buffering.

So...

1. Open game store page for 1st time, videos play fine.
2. Make a video fullscreen and its on a constant buffer.
3. Close down said video fullscreen and still, constant buffer.

I basically just have to open game store page and leave it be, and everything will play fine.

FYI, I can view Youtube videos and anything else perfectly fine on HD settings.

Pause the game and let it download first at least halfway. Then try it.
Either your internet is slow or your system is slow. Maybe gpu needs new drivers

i7 3770k
GTX 1070 TI

Not sure what it is, but if my internet was slow, how come I can view YouTube and any other streaming service in HD no buffer?

Can you somehow reduce video quality?
