Steam Support - Holiday Vacation?
Is anyone else getting no responses to their Steam support tickets?

I've had one open for about 3 days now. In the past, someone would get back to me in about 48 hours. Just curious if the Valve support staff are on vacation for the holidays and if others are experiencing the same delays.

Support seem to be as active as always. Have you made any recent account changes i.e changed password? That can cause a delay plus it also depends on the issue and the volume of users who are also submitting tickets by the minute.
