Your mic only picks up sounds from around therefore it cant be modified.
Speakers however which are playback hardware can have the sounds modified.
Look in your Realtek HD audio manager . Its the red speaker icon on the taskbar above the clock on the right. Right click it >Sound manager > sound effects. Have look through them test them ..
Or look in Control Panel

you can add all kinds of sound effects through a mic if you have an amp to pass it through. You can put an effects processor on it and do all kinds of cool stuff.
I used an guitar amp for a stereo with a portable cd player hooked into it years ago.
...pretty cool when you put effects on!
