Any good "real estate" games on steam?

I'm looking for something along the lines of renovating a building and renting it out, earning a profit from rent and such, any thing like that on steam?

Well for renovating you have "House Flipper" which lets you buy old and dirty buildings and then renovate them to resell.
No renting though, just the renovating, decorating and reselling.

There is also "House Flipper City" which seems to be more like what you want but its not out yet and wont be for another 10 months or so.

Thank, I already have House Flipper and its fun but just not what I was looking for, but the second one looks very promising, thank you :3 I just want a game that gives you more managment options than house flipper would do ^^
