Copying pubg files from another pc to my pc

Is it possible to copy pubg game file from another pc to my pc? This game will probably download forever on my internet connection. I wanna copy the game through flash drive or external hard disk.

I also hear from my friends that anti-cheat could ban me when I do this. Is it true?
