EMPIRE EARTH
im very confused why is age of empires on here and not empire earth 1 and 2 and plus empire earth is a game of the year reward holder TWICE but why is only age of empires the only one here why is that steam?

talk to the game developer, they are the ones that decide where they will sell their game and how much it will be sold for.

Get it on GOG. The entire Empire Earth trilogy is available there.

Rebellion owns the license to Empire Earth now. You can contact them, but many people have and their response has been for the last year "there are no plans for this, but it's not impossible".
