No one can say what games will be on sale or how much they'll be discounted. If you see something discounted now and you like the discount, pick it up. There's no guarantee that it will be in the winter sale.

Generally, you can even find games for sale even at a better price - where key resellers are concerned.

If you're really looking to get something and there's a fair discount - just go for it.
