FIFA 19 / Game Controller
I know Fifa 19 is not a steam game and runs via origin but has anyone successfully added the game to steam and got it to run successfullly ? and if so how ?

The reason i ask is i have a game controller issue if i run it through origin where the menu are unuseable and unselectable as if i try to ity just jumps and moves down etc.

I have tried things like DS4windows X360CE without any joy as the software does not even detect the controller i have.

i ask about adding fifa 19 to steam as my controller works great in steam so i wondered about using the steam controller settings.

Any advice or help on this would be greatful.

it is not a standard xbox or PS controller as i am disabled and have a custom controller.

I can share more info if required.

Disable the Origin Overlay, start Steam as admin and try again.

i did try adding the game to steam and disabled the overlay in origin but when i ran it via steam it just crashed fifa at the start splash screen and i had to do a repair fifa within origin to fix it.

did i do something wrong ?

Thankyou i seem to have it working now with a bit of tweaking via steam :)
