Report a translation problem
It was 2 years before I bought my next game - the sequel.
I don't think I used the forums until 2008 thought.
In fact, that sucker probably protects my account because I could use it in the future to prove I registered the account and that it is mine.
The CD Key is actually on a sticker inside the box above the actual DVD.
I could send Steam a photo of it, on request, to prove it is mine.
They'll say "hold it up against a newspaper with today's date on it and take a photo".
EDIT:
I also have the boxed, retail, version of my 3rd game - Dark Messiah - with that one, the CD key is printed on the actual game manual.
Joining a group may include following, as that's now the "group" section.
Lots of maybes though.
I wrote on their wall as they were being harrassed by other users - then I just decided to keep my nose out of it. Possibly that triggered the achievement - but Steam doesn't show dates of the achievements.
