ok after 20 minutes of spamming "Log in" it worked and i resetted my PW, now i just hope that Ubi isn't completely off the rails-stupid and keeps people logged in after a password change, because if they do, ♥♥♥♥ them.

Not sure about the mobile because i don't have it, but no, they don't. Their Website is somehow broken. There's a thousands threads talking about the issue and most of the fixes only work for a few people. And that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded because the website is THE ONLY WAY to change your password or add authenticator.
