Is there an address I can use to write a letter to Gabe Newell?

There are games fully purchased .. then oddly sabotaged for whatever reason in aspects. Like "Grey out Cars" for Porshe Ferrari GTR 2 or NASCAR 2013 which was killed on Steam and all info hidden.....stealing my $50 game all blocked Forum on Steam about theft. I am an Adult gamer 65.

I bought Steam since it started and find these after-purchase INDIAN GIVER CRAP. NO I bought it. YOU DEMAND IT WORKS.

I wish to send praise and amazing love of Steam... We all thought it would be a joke compared to CD/DVD purchases. Turns out Pc mag/Maximum PC/PC Gamer mags were wrong 20 yrs ago.I love Steam clearly. And we woke. But old forums are dead of course.

Of course I supported CS/DOD/DOD2/RO/RO@ since started nightly playing as well known.
