Any games like The Godfather game series with crew/companion control?

Hi everyone!
I have been trying to find games like The Godfather and The Godfather II because im amazed of the way you have to form your own army of companion and can send them on missions, hire security to protect your businesses and so on. And at the same time the game is made open world. Are there any of you guys who knows a game like this? Where you have to start from the bottom and build up your army/crew/mob etc?
