That looks like a scam to me. The fact you're being referred to a specific account for support is a dead giveaway.

How's Spacewar btw?

Good decision to ask, if Valve would contact you, they have direct access to your account and do not need to leave comments on profile or pictures.

The scammers using that, is the one who claim they need to validate your items, and there is no need for that, items can't be duped or faked, and again if Valve need to look at your account/items, they have full access without asking you.

Translate random received messages by their core. This one would look like this:

Oh noes, your account (something!!!), you have X minutes to act, use this link to avoid a rainbow shining on your house! Now!

Or just check for this pattern:
Bait, story, steps

What`s about you pirating Steam games?

Something to forbidden to discuss on Steam... Besides if you do and they find out they could simply lock your account. They also don't message you by chat but by community messages and email.

You have to open a ticket and not to some random person pretending to be valve staff.

Just look in how online customer supports work. There is no case manager for a specific person. Just a person that picks up the next ticket in line and solves it or escalate to a superior.

No i didnt.
I did find out that something like self lock bot doesn't exist. If i did something wrong steam would contact me through email.

Spacewar 59 hours.

Say no more.
So why there is an option to add non-steam game when u can get banned for it?

You can add a non-Steam, non-pirated game. Spacewar is a platform for purely pirated titles unless you happen to be a developer yourself.
Oh, so that is the reason why the game is called spacewar. So i am probably fcked right now. But still didnt receive email from steam supp a the bot still doesn't exist. From now i will never add downloaded game to steam if i dont get banned.

Frankly you should never download games for free that you normally have to pay for. They are all illegal and mostly come with nice add ins as viruses and malware.

The normal human logic should already tell you that something that the developer wants money for nobody can offer for free unless it is the developer itself.
