Also this mainly applies to strangers, once you know someone it's less of an issue anyway because your interactions carry more sway than those things.

I don't actually care what people play tbh. But if they make an argument about something that corralates to a game genre or games, then you can often find the reason to their hate/love for a debate of x or y game
Things like that. But what game a person chooses to play *shrugs* you do you. Because I don't personally see the appeal, isn't going to make me think less of someone.
Chicks dig guys who play thousands of hours. It shows dedication and no fear of commitment.
