New Account Data page - External Funds Used

So, i'm trying to understand how to read that particular section.

1 2018-05-25 10:42:31.373 1778.700000
2 2018-05-25 10:42:31.373 1116.430000
3 2018-05-25 10:42:31.373 0.000000

What is this supposed to mean? Should i add both numbers to get the total amount of money i've spent on the store or it's just cumulative and the highest value is the one i'm looking for? Why there are three fields?

Each one is its own purchase at that price.

The page now has a description
"This is a sum of external funds that have been applied to your Steam account, either to purchase games on the Steam store or fund your Steam Wallet. This value is used to determine if an account is a "Limited User Account"."
First ammount is total spent money on Steam.
Second one is ammount spent until 2015 (time Steam's updated their backend)
Third one is for funds spent by Perfect World (For Chinese Steam users)

Damn, 2015?

That means I only added 22 euro in the last 3 years. 3k Total. I've really gone downhill...
