If the key was revoked, you would've seen an unmissable alert about it. Are you sure you didn't activate it to the wrong Steam account?

chances are
you bought it third party from a non-reputable dealer, the person who originally bought the key charged back, now they have your money, and you have no game.
because its not a steam problem.
stop buy from key's from scammer sites.

In checking the Account Details - Then Activations it doesn't show on that list.
I know steam mobile keeps a longer version of chat history which i will try to use to see what going on.
Didn't buy , traded key worked 3 weeks ago but I can't see any record of it or I didn't get any notification of it being revoked. Try to check the old chat about the trade in the steam mobile chat.
If it was then report the person who "traded" you the key, just report what happened.
Same thing, though. If a key gets revoked, the owner gets a message that he can't really miss since he'll have to do a lot more "I have seen this" confirmation that just casually clicking "OK" or hitting the ESC-key.
Steam won't know WHY the key was revoked, so that message just claims payment issues. It's a generic message, and payment issues are a common cause anyway.
