How to check if a game has been removed?
About 3 weels ago , I activated a game (Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris) on steam. Now it it missing from my library. How can I check what happened to my key. Steam support (thats a joke) has no way on making a ticket for this issue. Any help would be good.

If the key was revoked, you would've seen an unmissable alert about it. Are you sure you didn't activate it to the wrong Steam account?

Yes they do? It's not that hard to figure out.

Go to: https://help.steampowered.com/en/
"What do you need help with"
Games, Software, etc.
Which product are you having trouble with?
Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris
What problem are you having with this product?
It's not in my library

From there you get more info and can contact support.

exactly what forcen said. the hlp covers every topic that we users can't for you.
chances are
you bought it third party from a non-reputable dealer, the person who originally bought the key charged back, now they have your money, and you have no game.

In checking the Account Details - Then Activations it doesn't show on that list.

Didn't buy , traded key worked 3 weeks ago but I can't see any record of it or I didn't get any notification of it being revoked. Try to check the old chat about the trade in the steam mobile chat.

Just do what I said then it will tell you if it got revoked.

If it was then report the person who "traded" you the key, just report what happened.

there's your problem. Traded key? Big red flag. Only buy from first party through authorized retailers/steam itself.

Same thing, though. If a key gets revoked, the owner gets a message that he can't really miss since he'll have to do a lot more "I have seen this" confirmation that just casually clicking "OK" or hitting the ESC-key.

Steam won't know WHY the key was revoked, so that message just claims payment issues. It's a generic message, and payment issues are a common cause anyway.
