Just the market? Slow in what way?

It seems like the csgo inventories are delayed according to this: https://steamstat.us If you hover over it shows it has been like this for 45min.
Keep an eye on that site to see when it gets better.

I'm buying cards to level up and each page that I open doesn't fully load the picture itself. So It's all like bugged but even if I did give it time, it wouldn't appear on my screen.

Try doing it when not playing a game and try another browser.
If you hit shift+f5 in firefox you can try to time it out and see what the problem is.
Maybe your internet has problems with some CDN that steam use for avatars.

Try using your phones internet if you can as a test.
