Has a skeleton class
There's a collection of Castlevania games on Steam as well, so that would be another good place to start.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 has an alternate costume for Deadpool you might enjoy if you can earn it, but the game is no longer on Steam as far as I know.
Doom (2016) has you fighting a number of them in the game.
Payday 2 has several skull masks and a bone material if you can earn them.
One fighter I remember from earlier Killer Instinct games is Spinal, who is a skeleton. He's in the new one as well.

And, of course...

forgot the name.
I doubt you´d even want to torture yourself with it. It´s also not on Steam. It may not even be on anything. And you also need a Voodoo card.
It´s an obscure skeleton game. But it has some serious skeletons in it, and all the things you´re looking for. Aside from giving them names.
Also, the multiplayer is as unbalanced as imaginable.
But I want a remaster! And if it sells 5 copies, it will be nothing short of a miracle.
Graveyard Keeper came out a few months ago.
