Goriest Games?
What are some of your favorite blood splattered, head smashing, limb dismemberment games? I'm kind of a disturbed person and absolutely love gore in my video games. My favorites are the third person ones where you just slash away while blood goes everywhere lol gimmie some games!

I hate it how devs take the "easy" path to gore by having zombies because zombies are already dead and thus the gore isn't of "real" people, so they can get lower ratings. I'd like to see games like Soldier of Fortune where you can blow off people's legs and see them writhing on the ground screaming.

This is my favorite:

But if you don't enjoy 8-bit generation then should try this although the achievements are slowly to unlock and playing alone may get boring still funny tho:

Not on steam or even PC i think but Splatter House is a great game for this (the 2010 remake) not the old arcade versions.

Shredding zombies and demons or aliens? Pff, hold my beer...

Here is an example:
You can p*ss into someones face until he starts to puke. Then you can smash his head with a sledgehammer and you will get a mixed fountain of puke and blood plashing out of his stump where he head used to be. If that is not enough for you you can set the corpse on fire and after it is deep-fried you can slice it into pieces with your machete. Not done yet? Sure, just kick the bodyparts around until you find a dog that plays with them or even eats them.

You like it messy and dirty? Postal is your way to go then

Resident Evil 2 Remake comes to mind

You can also check out Kingpin - life of crime.

Gears 5 when it comes out :D. Also, Resident Evil 2 is pretty detailed with the gore system. The Mortal Kombat series, any 90's inspired shooters...eh, just trying to throw some variety out there :P.

I don't have a fetish for gore, but I did like cutting enemies in half in Witcher 3.

I can't believe no one said Doom. Glory kills are awesome.

Also It's not the goriest but Insurgency:Sandstorm has pretty good gore for a FPS game.

DOOM2016 definitely, I remember FEAR having pretty good gore, Aliens vs Predator 2010 is excellent, and Dying Light is actually pretty good about the localized dismemberment, nothing quite like cutting off both of a zombies arms, and seeing it faceplant as it tries to lunge at you and you take a step back, only to watch idly by as it tries to get up without arms, using its head as its crutch :D
