Community Market Restriction
Hullo, this is a new Steam account from a few months back. I've got this Community Market Restriction on my account and I know I have to make a purchase to unlock it and it'll take 7 days to do so. However, I would like to know if this restriction will ever come back in the future if I don't make any purchases. I really don't want to be forced to buy something and then wait 7 days again to buy something I want from the community market.

Hoping for a positive response

Make one purchase a year and you will not see the 7 day wait again.

I think it is ridiculous that you need to wait seven days after get some money to your steam wallet so you can buy something. Then you need to wait more 15 days to use it because they ask you the activation of Steam Guard, required by Steam If you want to sell your items, otherwise your sell will be stored for 15 days. So you activate the steam Guard, there are several checks: your e-mail account, code sent in your phone, and so on, and then you need to wait 15 days anyway EVEN TO BUY ITEMS!! It is completely disrespectful with your customers, Valve.
Shame on you! It could be a simpler process.
Besides that you can never contact someone from Steam Support because there is NO options. They will put you in a loop of options and you will always be back to the first step.
Why 15 days IF you are checking the codes on our personal e-mail account !!??
This is the worst gaming platform I've ever seen. I will NEVER buy another game here.
You are disappointing.
Ridiculous!!!!

No, you can't.

There's literally a phone number. I haven't tried to call it because I live in another region. Have you tried and verified it and come up with the conclusion that you in fact can not contact them with this phone number?
