Need to know about Currency change if I get shifted from Pakistan to Germany?

Hi guys!
I wanna know that yet I live in Pakistan which is South Asian country and my all purchases on Steam are done in USD but the official currency of this country is PKR which isn't available on steam so how this will affect if I move from here to Germany The European country which has a Euro currency as like will my USD currency be changed to Euros or not because I have done all my purchases in USD from the start?

Nothing will change if you move to Germany. You will still be locked to the Pakistan Steam Store since this is the one your account is set to. You can still shop like always, meaning in dollars.
If you buy Steam Wallet cards in Germany the money will just be converted into dollars when activating the card on your account.

Only if you switch your Steam Store to Germany ( careful, game prices are high here) will your used currency change to Euro.

It's the good news to have a store locked to Pakistan and the currency will be stayed in USD but there is a one disadvantage idk if I'm right or wrong like as You said that I will be locked to Pak Store so as an example if I buy and download any game from the Steam Store while living in Germany the game purchases will be downloaded from Pakistani Steam servers because if this is the case then won't it take too long to download than if the games will be downloaded directly from Germany Steam servers?
