I need HELP for my DMO Account!!

i have got banned from DMO for holding an illegal item and i am pretty sure everything i did in the game was out of hard work and long playing hours i played 92 hours in less than 2 weeks!!
i really need help to contact a game master or how to send a Ticket to gameking while i only have steam account?
please guys help me to sort this matter out i really worked hard for that account and i dont know what to do.
BTW i am new in the PC games.

Make an account there. Steam cant do anything about you getting banned in a 3rd party game anymore then bestbuy could if you bought the game from them for instance.

Are you 100% sure that you have a real ban in a game, and are not instead just being scammed?

Because "holding an illegal item" is a scam that goes around a LOT, in almost any game that has items to be traded or loot that drops.

No one can help you contact a GM. Make an account on their site and submit a ticket. It's not hard. They gave you step by step instructions to follow.

They aren't going to talk to random steam users about YOUR account.

Did you give someone something or give away information to random people? Otherwsie how would you have been scammed?

Where SPECIFICALLY did you get this warning / ban? Did you see it here? Or in the game? Or via your profile? Or in Email?

Since there are no bans showing on your profile, here, it's impossible that you have a valid game or vac ban on a game found HERE.

If you do not have an account on that game's distributor, I highly suspect you've been scammed, because as above: there are no valid bans showing here. But your account profile here also doesn't show how many games you have, if any, and I'm not sure that's because it's private (it has a badge on it, so no?) or because you're on the wrong account, or you're using family sharing to play games on it.

We don't know nearly enough about this situation, the game, the site that runs that game, or ANYTHING else, to really help you out. If it's a valid ban on a game that is not found on Steam, you have done the right thing in getting a social account there and asking for help there.

But honestly that statement you use in the post, about 'illegal items', that's one that IS used here by scammers to frighten players into giving account information or items away. So just be very careful about what you give to sites, and make sure that the game you're playing you're actually banned in, before giving out any info.

when i open digimon master online through steam it opens up and when its about to enter a pop up message comes up saying i got restricted from playing for holding an illegal item in my account!
i wanna send the screenshot i took to show you how can i do that?
