select the game thru your purchase history, I Have a Question, explain the issue, hope for a different answer.
I bought the game over again thinking it was on my other account but end up the account that i recently permanently delete basically wasted myr70 ($17) for nothing ..... just wanted a refund or just transfer the gta 5 on my other account thats all
The issue is that i perma removed it in help support steam so the game is able to rebuy. making me mistakenly bought the game over again and now im seeking for refund and get refused 4 times just because playing hrs i got on this account
Means that I couldn’t get a refund (steam wallet) for things I accidentally bought in this account? Just because of i used to have 95hrs of gameplay on this account.... wow what a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ system that is some free money steam makinh ove there 😔💔
💔
Log in to the Steam client - click on help at the top of the screen - click on Steam Support - click on 'Purchases' - click on the game - "I have a question about this purchase" - explain the issue politely.
Don't play the game at all until you have received an answer.
Asking for the refund to go to your wallet seems to help. (Do this especially in this case.)
again, thankyou for the help of suggesting this solution as this just helped me getting my refund back.
If you thought that you already owned GTA V on your "other account" then why wouldn't you have just played in on your other account, versus buying a new copy of it?
That was the first thing you were told to do and you ignored it.......
You can usually explain yourself to the support. They can look in to your store history and easily see what you bought twice and what not.
This is baffling. You went through the process of having the game "permanently" removed from your account and then at some later point decided to purchase it again? Did you forget about having it removed, and why did you do it in the first place if you were going to end up playing again? This is besides what was pointed out about you having the game on another account and not simply just using that other account.
