Bought the same game accidentally

First of all sorry for my bad english as its not my daily language. Ive requested 4 times for my refund over GTA 5 I recently bought(4 hours ago) and got declined as they see my 95 hours of playing time. The thing is those 95 hours playing time is before I permanently remove it from this steam account. Now, how do i get my refund back :( i just wanna play. Burning that amount of money in my age is not cheap.

I bought the game over again thinking it was on my other account but end up the account that i recently permanently delete basically wasted myr70 ($17) for nothing ..... just wanted a refund or just transfer the gta 5 on my other account thats all

Means that I couldn’t get a refund (steam wallet) for things I accidentally bought in this account? Just because of i used to have 95hrs of gameplay on this account.... wow what a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ system that is some free money steam makinh ove there 😔💔

If you thought that you already owned GTA V on your "other account" then why wouldn't you have just played in on your other account, versus buying a new copy of it?

You can usually explain yourself to the support. They can look in to your store history and easily see what you bought twice and what not.

This is baffling. You went through the process of having the game "permanently" removed from your account and then at some later point decided to purchase it again? Did you forget about having it removed, and why did you do it in the first place if you were going to end up playing again? This is besides what was pointed out about you having the game on another account and not simply just using that other account.
