Black Desert se descarga 2 veces?

Les comento, Ayer me deje descargando el black desert desde steam que peso 32gb y algo, y ahora cuando abro el launcher del juego me dice que tengo que descargar 38GB MAS!, osea el juego base pesa 70 Gb? porque no entiendo la verdad

Common practice with MMO games on Steam. The Elder Scrolls Online also doing this as well. After downloading the game on Steam, there is usually over 10 gigs or more to download on the game launcher after launching the game on Steam.
