Suggestions needed for isometric open world RPG/Crafting game

Hi all.
I'm searching for an isometric open world, crafting, building, farming, hunting, fishing (would very much like this) RPG. Preferably with turn-based combat, a storyline of quests you can follow if wanted but does not force you to do them until you wish.
Also, a medieval or similar age with no guns (Unless said guns are early black powder type) and shield, sword, and bow are the weapons of the time.
A bit like an isometric Skyrim but with a deeper crafting system for building your own dark age farm etc.
All recommendations very much appreciated :)

Many thanks, FtG. I have DOS2 and very much enjoyed it but I was thinking a more open world with proper survival aspects tied to hunting, fishing, building shelter, like starting with a log cabin, then expand it to have pens for livestock, and a planted food area.
It does not have to be party-based, a single character would do, maybe with the option to hire others when expanding his property or venturing into some dark dungeon.

its a good survival zombie game. Its open world with a HUGE map. You have 3 town i think and alot of forest, the survival aspect its realistic...
You can fish and trap animal. You can craft and loot, and build. There are alot of items.

But its not turned base its in real time.
And its not really an rpg, but you have some rpg element like skills.

The game can be very hard. I dont know if the game is abandonned or what, but update are very slow.

But you have alot of contents to play with at he moment.

Cheers :) I have played this a while back on a friends pc, but even though it looked cool, the whole zombie thing just does not hold any interest for me any longer :(
