1. It is something that you were allowed take and upload as work of your own?
2. Does it involve killing or harm to others?
As for being work created by another, I credit Ennis in my profile description for the picture. It was made for viewing for the public, but i'm wondering about using it as a profile picture equals being viewed by the public.

Although the "official avatars" that Steam provide - they are perfectly happy with people with Jaws falling off, or people being stabbed through the mouth and throat with a sword.
