GTA V or Batman arkham city?

Arkham has a far better story and an excellent melee combat system, plus stealth gameplay where instead the enemies are slowly becoming more afraid and panicked as you take them down. GTA V... well, its GTA V. No need to introduce it.

This sale price is the lowest Arkham will go and it comes with the DLC, I'd get that along with Arkham Asylum GotY and [maybe] Arkham Origins. GTA V will only get cheaper.

Get Arkham City, and wait until the price of GTA 5 drops under 10 bucks.

Arkham City, definitely. I'd go for Asylum as well if you've never played it.
