Any good real estate/infrastructure construction games around

I see games like Sky scaper simulator, Bridge Builder, Farm Simulator, and the like, and I am thinking, I would really like to be in a game where I construct infrastructure and Buildings of all kinds. Is there anything like that out there on steam?

Do you mean city build games in general? Or stuff that actually specialises on actual construction building itself?

I mean specializing in Construction of Buildings. Like you create the design, and then you build it. You get the source materials, you get the construction crew, and you just build it. When your done, You could sell it, rent it out, do all kinds of things. Maybe I need to make my own game, I haven't found anything like that anywhere yet.
