Payment Methods in Uruguay

Please I am Uruguayan and I can not deposit money in steam since I do not have card and PAYSAFECARD is a very simple and safe method for the whole community since I have tried it in different platforms.
In my opinion, it would be easier for people who can not get a card to deposit the money and it would be great to allow this payment option,
