Amazon charges £19 for it, way to much for a game thats a decade old. You know any legit webistes that i can buy it for cheaper then?

not really, you are asking how to procure an illegal copy of the game.. not something you want to do on a platform that exists to sell games

what makes you say that? if you were to ask on microsofts XBox boards how to softmod your 360 in order to play pirated ROMs, you would get the same response..

If you get banned on Steam you can still download and play the games you own if that's what you were thinking of.

You can get banned from basically every part of steam except downloading your games.

Look dr3ver is an old game, a decade old. I just wanted to know if there was a webiste that i can get it for cheaper on disk or download. Maybe next time i wont bother asking.

So can i get banned for saying about this crap? Plus their are no websites that do cheap or free copies of dr3ver. I just wait for 2 decades until driver 3 comes out on steam then i will buy if steam is happy with that?!

Asking if for retailers that sells it is one thing, you could check GameStop or other legitimate retailers. Asking for sites to pirate it is not allowed as per the rules, not to mention it screws a lot of people over

It costs more because it isn't on steam probably, it becomes more rare. still 20 isn't that much considering.

Maybe some day it will show up on gog or Steam but until then you have to buy it or wait.

You asked a weird question because "legit" sites that gives you free games are very rare..

Gog.com has a wishlist thing where people can vote for games they would want, you should go there: https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games
Or talk to ubisoft and convice them that it would be worth doing the work so it can be sold digitally.
If the game had a licensed soundtrack it might be way more tricky.
