OBS Studio In-Game Screen Flickering

So I open OBS Studio in the background, click 'Start Record', Boot up a game, and as soon as I start playing the screen starts to flicker black.

Just recently I bought a second monitor because I like to dual monitor and I plugged it in and that's when the screen flickering started. I originally thought it had something to do with the monitor I bought so I unhooked everything from my newly bought monitor and packed it back up and returned it, still the screen flickers.

I tried uninstalling OBS then reinstalling, changing the settings so it can capture my screen, and whenever I try to create another source (like Display Capture Video) it won't let me use my existing source that I created.

WTF IS GOING ON!?!? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

SOLVED: A scene in OBS cannot handle Display Capture and Game Capture at the same time. I deleted Display Capture and have just my Game Capture in my gameplay scene.
