Question involving battle eye bans

So I got banned by battle eye meaning that any game using battle eye to catch hackers I cannot play online. Games like arma 3, h1z1, dayz, etc. I know that this ban is un-lift able and so i have decided to create a new account so that I can re buy these games and play them again. My question is this. I know you can link accounts via one email. So if i create a new account using the same email will my new account still be banned on battle eye games because its the same email? anyone who could fill me in here i would appreciate it a lot.

ps - before i get any people saying "oh well anyone who hacks shouldnt deserve to know" and all that jazz, I dont even wanna start. i DID NOT HACK and anyone who says "oh well thats what they all say" i honestly have nothing here. I have no way of proving to you that i didnt cheat besides my word so :/ what happened was 3 years ago when i first started I had a really ♥♥♥♥ cpu and fps was a big problem so i used a program called "razer game booster" which literally is just to set priorities and close any other programs to give you like 3 extra fps and i got banned for using it. Ive already been fighting it for 3 years and i just got sick of emails and everything so i decided id bite the bullet and re buy my games on a new account, thats my story, i really dont care if you dont believe it because i know its true...which leads me back to my question, If i create another account on the same email will this new one be battle eye banned? thanks

cheating does

battle eye bans via steamIds

Make a new steam account and you will not be banned on the new account, assuming you dont cheat again

Stop making upp excuses of your ban that wont fit in the description. it only creates distrust and nothing ellse.

Like i said, ive been fighting this for 3 years, because i know it shouldnt get you banned, i was even considering taking them to court over making me pay for a game i cant play,i really dont care if you believe me anymore, thanks for the answer...

Then take them to court and let us know how well it goes for you.

Did you not read that steam and game turns when you said install, no court in the world will take it... and as a matter of fact if you read the elua on your Microsoft windows and office it states you have a lease of it and you don’t own it? , and they also say all care and no responsibility, same as the game makers, it states that you lose all use and rights on there servers if you modify or change the state of the product at any time, then they have the rights to revoke all access to the game.... and you said agree to that when you installed it... good luck

Now you understand why I am not taking them to court.I said the thought crossed my mind, however it left my mind about as quickly as it came to. I really have no proof other than my own word that I was wrongfully accused of cheating. It's unfortunate but it's the way it goes.
