How come we're not seein MikuMikuDance (MMD.) on Steam yet?

I've read that MikuMikuDance has been greenlit some years ago and from the looks of it MMD didn't win the vote? Is there still a chance MMD can come on Steam? It's a really fun software and it's a shame that we're not seeing Steam present it to members here.

Steam. unfortnately, doesn't decide whether stuff goes on Steam or not. You pay your $100 entrance fee and you're in, no questions asked.

If the publisher doesn't want to put it on Steam. it's there decision.

Also, Steam is not a directory of contact details. If you want to contact someone from the game/publisher, try to find them from their website or whatever. Don't expect them to change their decision, though -- they'll just give you a standard reply, thanking you for your interest in the product. If they actually read the mail they might tell you that it is not available on Steam, but you can get it from whatever.
