Help needed for microsoft

I think everyone who has microsoft is having this problem when they try to update their windows defender. Me and my friend on steam are having this same problem, whenever I try to install the update it says Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.253.771.0) - Error 0x80070643. Can anybody who have experienced this problem help me?
