♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell, that's horrible.

Anyway, I recommend this.

I had other games in mind, but forgot them before having a chance to get the links to their store pages. :hammerheadsnark:
Basically you can play every point and click adventure game without action sequences.
If moving the mouse cursor and clicking fast enough is in the scope of your device look into this series:

They're classy well-made casual games which give you some challenge at later levels.
The X-Com games would be perfect - including the older ones like Apocalypse.

Total War series allows you to pause in battle so may be okay. Try Rome TW (not Rome TW 2) - should only be a couple of dollars in next sale.

I might also try out Baldur's Gate series - superb adventure and again you can pause to give instructions to youir characters.

I would get in touch with Able Gamers. They are a great organization that helps disabled gamers with not only game choices but also with helping them get access to various access ability tools.

While not a Steam game most people wouldn't think of recommeding Bayonetta2. On the surface a spectacle shooter fighter seems like one of the most unfriendly game types for someone with a disability. Yet it has so many accessibility options that almost anyone can play it. Able Gamers gave it an award for that

Reach out to them and they'll probably surprise you with what your options are

Also, I'm reading about turn-based stuff. Various RPGs are turn-based, although there may be other issues. For example, "Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 3" (I'm assuming the first two have it too, but I haven't played them yet) has you walk around the battlefield during your turn, and for "most effective" gameplay you'll want to position your attack box in a suitable fashion to hit multiple enemies, rwquiring some form of precise positioning.
I feel your pain man, or at least, I can relate better than most. I'm not paralyzed as high as you, but I am limited to mouse only (plus Dragon and onscreen keyboard) controls. Long story on that but basically I have... difficulty... using any implement requiring my fingers to play an active role, physical keyboard included.

I haven't played it much yet (at all), but is Oxygen Not Included a viable option? I know it's largely mouse controlled and I think you can still do most things in game while the simulation is "paused". it could end up being too tedious, but it's at least worth considering.

for the same reasons (mouse controlled and pauseable simulation), you should at least look into prison architect, which I have played significantly more. I highly recommend it to not only people with disabilities, but anyone that likes the idea of building and managing a simulated prison.

There are a great many turn-based, roguelike role-playing games which you might enjoy. In most traditional or semi-traditional roguelikes the game only advances when you move your character or execute an action. In games like this, every move and action can be incredibly meaningful as well since one wrong move can end in death. Nethack is a classic example of this genre. (as well as Rogue obviously)

Here are some games that I think might appeal to you, based on simple controls and inventory:
Sproggiwood, Runestone Keeper, Hack,Slash,Loot, SanctuaryRPG: Black Edition (sorta-but-not-really a RL)

I'm part of a group of Roguelike fans if you're interested and some of the more hardcore Roguelikers may be able to give you some better recommendations, based on your limitations if you can provide more information.

Also, check out the "turn-based" tag in the Steam Store.

Additionally, there is a massive wealth of turn-based RPG, strategy and roguelike games that are completely free all over the internet. And really good ones too! Like top-tier game recommendations.

If you really like RPGs or JRPGs, you also might be interested in the RPG Maker community. I'm not gonna lie, people make a lot of bad ones...but there's also a lot of great ones and a lot which are hacky but funny/fun as well.

This is a great place to start here:

This game is both turn-based and can be played entirely with mouse. (In fact sometimes I think mouse is a better interface than keyboard! so I sometimes switch between the two.)

I know, JRPGs are usually the realm of consoles, but this is native to PC and was designed so as to natively accommodate keyboard, mouse, keyboard+mouse, and gamepad controls. (It's also still actively maintained and improved by the publisher, despite being at least a few years old.)

It's also very highly-regarded, though be warned that it is a slow burn, known for the intricacy of its setting. Once it sets everything up, you get to see the pieces coming together and the result is very powerful.
Also the Shadowrun series with its turn based combat would be perfect.

I personally HIGHLY recommend the worms games.
I personally HIGHLY recommend the worms games.

The 2D sideview ones, not the crappy 1st/3rd person ones.
