Im using the steam client and no i dont use CCleaner?

If you are referring to the trade holds you will have to install Steam off Google Play respectively Apple Store and log into your Steam account through the app on your phone. Once you've done this, wait at least a week so the device is registered for confirming trade holds. Whenever you get an offer, you will accept it like usual, but after that you'll have to go on your phone, on the Steam app at "Confirmations" where you will, of course, confirm it. Items will be sent instantly with no holds (1-2 weeks of waiting for all trades will be gone).

Side note, both you and the one you're trading with must have the application for confirming so there's no trade holds.
