PUBG or Battlefield 1?

I had saved enough money for both PUBG or Battlefield 1 (standard edition, cuz I don't care about skins). They both have some Pros and Cons, and also my computer can run both smoothly. If I were to choose only one, what should I buy?

P.S. I don't care what genre they are as long as they have a fps modes in one way or another.

Battlefield is an EA product.

PUBG is one of those crappy janky animation games that will never be fixed or finished like h1z1

My suggestion would be to buy Ark:Survival of the Fittest instead. Better version of PUBG with slightly less janky animations.

Is it a shooter? Or a survival game? I am not really a fan of survival games like Minecraft (I can't think of good examples. Bear with me), so is there another fps games that has either WWI/WWII themed game or military based shooter? Those are my strong preference, but I would accept any except survival.

It is a PUBG type game where you can tame dinosaurs/birds to help you be the last man/team standing. You can craft weapons and buildings or armor to help you be the last man standing.

Basically its PUBG but you have to work for your weapons and armor and can occasionally tame a small army to help you.

I would recommend "Last Man Standing"

It's a free-to-play game the same mechanics as PUBG. But no team mode yet. Also no sky diving to your desired location. You will just spawn to random places.

Also you can switch to 3rd person or to FPS mode at the push of a button. Which I like because if you are in 3rd person you can move the camera around and peek around corners with out actually entering the building.

Try it out. It's free so no loss if you don't like it. And if you do like it you might like PUBG more them you would like battlefield 1.

Don't listen to the guy recommending ark:sot, its a bad and dead game ( less than 200 players on steamcharts when i last checked ), instead i'd recommend pubg as in 6 months it got a lot better and keeps getting a lot of content updates. Bf1 is boring and dead as well, even went on origin access.

There are some differences between the games.

Battlefield 1 actually has quality. Vehicles behaves like they should and not do insane flips by just running into another vehicle like in pubg.
The shooting is far more refined and the entire game probably runs better than pubg. Expect smoother movement as well.

I wouldn't listen to EA haters because they just hate everything EA publish for no reason.


PUBG has some pretty broken driving what I've seen where if two people collide with vehicles one or both of them can be catapulted to oblivion. Shooting doesn't seems to be that good either.

Computer specs might be a deciding factor here.

Do remember that Pubg will be adding gambling crates. So if you care about cosmetics that can add up fast at 2.50 a crate.
