Hi, I have a kose in CS: GO one time someone started to link me (I did not go in) and suddenly turned off the computer and in 4 hours I turned it on and it occurred to me that my account is not configured or something and to configure them I have to accept their offers with my skins (I have a mobile token) and I have been doing so for 3 days what do I do ??

and also scan your computer with your antivirus

use a differrent computer to change your steam password and email password just in case

this is not a virus but it is ransomware, i dont know how you got it if you never clicked the links but it is asking you to give them things in order to use your account, it is ransomware

ok, if you see it, take a screenshot, i think you can use the Print Screen key (PrtScrn or PrtScn) on your keyboard, i dont know if it have a different name in polish keyboard

then after you press the Print Screen key, open mspaint and paste in there, then you can save the screenshot

if you look at your programs and features list, any "strange" programs being listed as installed around the time your issue started?

what are you running for an OS?

what do you have for security software?

can you post a picture of this error you are getting asking for your "skins"?

Not really, being a PC expert I have removed nasty viruses for friends and such, over the years, without needing to reinstall the OS...that is a last resort, just because AV cannot remove it, does not mean it cannot be removed, there are plenty of ways to solve a problem :p
