The developers have said there will be no offline/singleplayer mode for EFT at full release, only during the Alpha and Beta, and there is still no info on whether or not we have to buy it again on steam.

Well that is my fleeting interest in this game gone in an instant. I already have very low opinions on Shooters, especially ones that lack PvE content

And removing the PvE entirely, just because they can, makes me wonder what else they are going to remove in the future.

Well that is my fleeting interest in this game gone in an instant. I already have very low opinions on Shooters, especially ones that lack PvE content

And removing the PvE entirely, just because they can, makes me wonder what else they are going to remove in the future.

They claim it's because the offline mode would ruin the in game economy. It's frustrating, they could give you a second "offline" character which could only play on offline mode and earn loot, or at the very least, they could have it so that no items gained would be brought out off the offline mode then.

They should introduce the offline mode so the new players can learn how to play the game. Why remove the offline mode just bcuz it would "ruin" the in game economy?
