AMD's RADEON ReLIVE Not Working in some games?!?!?

Well i found out that if i want to erase the delay in sound i had to alt tab out of the game and alt tab back in it fast in start of the recording or the livestream and i was like kay i can deal with that, but there is another issue Relive doesn't even show up or start in DiRT3, MW2 and many other games that are kinda older like GTA III, GTA VC... Any idea why? Anyone else had problems like this?? btw i have Sapphire R9 280x Vapor-X OC and latest drivers 17.7.2 and disabled Xbox DVR, No Hyper-V on my Core2 Quad Q8200 and basically i have done everything that other forums said like reinstall drivers tried clean install NADA WORKS.. So if anyone has solution please post it and help a lost friend out! :)
